Carthage became a neighborhood of Cincinnati in 1911, one of the city’s northern communities, home of the Hamilton County Fairgrounds and a growing Hispanic population, as you head south on Vine Street, you’ll find a largely forgotten neighborhood whose population has undergone one of the most dramatic transformations in over a decade. We are working to rebuild this forgotten neighborhood business district, so come inside, as we show you our plans for the future.
